Hello, You are receiving this notice because you at one point had submitted the participation form to be part of the class action lawsuit against Mojang, the developers of the game Minecraft. Based on the answers that you have provided, you meet the participation criteria to be able to take part in the class action lawsuit defined as such:

We believed that the court would properly be able to manage its necessary administrative duties with the participants regarding them being responsible for sending out these “you qualify” notices, but unfortunately they’ve done a rather terrible job as the emails they sent were either not received, sent to spam, were missing text from both the title and content of the actual email, poorly translated instructions and so on. Due to that poor management, we’ve decided to send out this email to the participants directly to make sure that you get notified and know exactly what must be done before the 25th of September 2026 (before roughly 3 weeks). In short, Sweden’s legal system works in an “opt in” way which requires participants to explicitly and directly say that they want to participate. Since the court partially failed to send the very emails with the document that had to be sent back to them to confirm participation, on top of the lack of information, poor instructions and bad translations, we’ve streamlined the process to make this easier for you. This is the original notice that the court was supposed to send: https://lawsuit.gg/documents/court-notice-2026-08-21.pdf It’s a rather long pdf in both Swedish and poorly translated English, with one form available in both Swedish and English that has to be filled in and sent back to the court. To facilitate the process of filling it in (because the court thought it would be a good idea to force people to print it out and scan physical paper, not even making the pdf digitally fillable), we’ve created the following page that can generate the filled in pdf page for you, where all you have to do after filling it in and downloading the generated one is to send it to the court:

The confirmation of your participation needs to have been sent in before the 25th of September, at which point entry will no longer be possible. I would recommend reading the English section of the document they sent out even if it’s poorly translated, which is available here: https://lawsuit.gg/documents/court-notice-2026-08-21.pdf The three most common questions that we’ve gotten so far are as follows: - What does “Printed name” mean in the form? This is a poorly translated “Namnförtydligande” which basically means signature clarification. If your signature is written in an unreadable doctor font, that’s just supposed to be a readable version of it. - Does the “under 18 at the time of registration” mean if I was under 18 when I bought the game? No, this is again poorly translated. This should only be checked if you are CURRENTLY, as of NOW, under 18 years old, and thus require permission from your parents to participate. - Am I liable for any costs if we were to lose? The court added the following statement: “As a rule, group members, who are not parties, are not liable for any legal costs. Please note, however, that there are exceptions to this rule.”.
