Court notice to the group participants
UNDERRÄTTELSE, 21 August 2026
The notice the court has begun sending out to the group participants by email, where it contains both the swedish and english versions in the same pdf, and the confirmation form is on page 3 in English. Anyone who wants to be covered by the class action has to send that confirmation to the court by the 25th of September 2026.
Mojang's response via their new lawyers

The first sign of life from Mojang's legal department since the last talks, in swedish, sent via their new law firm Roschier, where they ask for the lawsuit to be dismissed & for a minimum of 5 weeks to respond; the announcement of the 24th of August 2026 has the english translation.
