The court has begun emailing the group participants, where everyone who wants to be covered by the class action has to confirm it in writing to the court by the 25th of September 2026.

Third general announcement in a short period, things are starting to move quickly now.
Check your emails
The court has finalized the message to be sent out to the group participants and has begun sending it out via email; some of you will already have received it.
I’ve attached the document that they have sent out here for ease of access and transparency, it contains both the swedish and english versions in the same pdf.
In short, the participants of the first class action need to explicitly via email reply to the court saying that they are in fact participants by sending them the form present in page 3 (in English).
The final date to send the confirmation is 2026-09-25

- The court appears to have messed up and have sent emails with neither title nor content, only the pdfs and signature. I’ve added what they were supposed to have here

The “printed name” is supposed to be just an easy to read version of your name in case your signature is written ’a la doctor and is illegible by normal means, they translated it poorly

The 18 year legal guardian signature is only required if you aren’t 18 years old as of NOW, and not when you purchased

The response to the filled in form should be sent to the court, not our lawyers
Other than that, we are still working out whether it will be possible to force Mojang to send out a general notice based on their own internal database to everyone that would otherwise fulfill the criteria.
And finally, the first invoice will be received shortly which is an á conto faktura of 500 000kr for the work done so far, a third of what we have so far up to this point.
